INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS
- The sealed bid for RURAL WATER DISTRICT 14, WATER METER READING will be received in the office of The Management Co, RWD #14 business office, 515 East Cherokee, McAlester, Oklahoma, until 4:00 o’clock P.M., August 6, 2018.
- A completed bid package may be obtained from the office of The Management Co, RWD #14 business office.
- Bids must be submitted on the “Bidder’s Proposal” form only. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly identified as to bid request and date.
- The bid must be filed with The Management Co, RWD #14 business offices prior to the announced bid opening date and time.
- The Rural Water District 14 reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
- The Water District may waive any informality or minor defects in the Bids. No bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
- Bidders are cautioned to verify their proposals before submission as requests for amendments to or withdrawals of proposals submitted, if received by the District after time specified for opening, will not be considered.
- Prospective bidders may contact The Management Co, RWD #14 business office in person to address any questions regarding the bid specifications.
